We were working today on the bulletin board, and using the theme of Dr. Seuss , as his b-day is approaching... so much fun.

so colorful... and of course with the Lorax and truffullas .... divine.... loved the result..

tuesday putting some extra effects and details , but for now it is looking amazing already... :)

LAST BOOK FAIR

Me and Erica being goofy... putting all the elements together... feels soo good when everything comes together... just an amazing feeling of accomplishment....

This was the last book fair at school, it came out beautiful.. the past one was a "blast" . wonderful theme... outerspace... aliens ... ufos... just great.

I have been working on it with my friend Erica.- we have a great theme this time : it is going to be a huge Book Luau.. just so full of colors, and that great spring/vacation feeling

COMUNION

Some inspirations for a comunion centerpiece, it can be only with one type of cross, or a mix of the ones displayed. blue for boys, pink for girls, but of course just an idea, it can be lilac, yellow, green .. the combinations and colors are many....

HAIR ACCESSORIES

Hello, so here I'm back again, finally...

It has been some crazy weeks... having 2 kids, 12 and 16 year old is not easy. but back I am posting some of my crafts.

I have been working on some of these hair bands and elastics with this brazilian craft called " fuxico" (fabric rosettes ). First time I saw it was in a store in Brazil and really caught my attention, very creative and easy , kind of ... can be used in any kind of creation , bed covers , handbags, dresses, pillow covers , ... but meanwhile, i have been putting them on elastic hairbands, with a button. My friends love them and their girls even more. so if you want some or one, i'm selling them... lol

These were some centerpieces I made. The theme was transportation ., so those (car, trains, airplanes, boat) are on each centerpiece... it was for a boy, and the colors are just adorable... i loved them all... I could say these were the beginning of it all... at the bottom attached were some lovely tags made by my friend Erica Nunez. just inspiring.
